This conference-debate explores the opportunities and challenges linked to the 2027 World Ski Championships in Crans Montana. Bruno Huggler, Director of Crans Montana Tourisme et Congrès, details the investments, the media spin-offs and the importance of transforming the event into lasting benefits for the resort, its residents and its economic players. The focus is onhospitality,infrastructure improvements (particularly in terms of hotels and transport) and collaboration between thevarious stakeholders. Concerns about accommodation capacity, seasonal coordination and the management of tourist flows are also addressed.
