Following on from a question on how to make more efficient use of existing resources, Bruno Huggler has asked us to circulate two concrete proposals:

Capash: add value to your parking spaces

Capash is a Swiss digital platform that connects parking space owners and operators with users looking for simple, flexible parking solutions. It makes it possible to add value to existing, often under-used spaces, by making them available for booking for different durations.

For operators, this represents an opportunity to generate additional income while optimizing occupancy rates, without heavy investment. It’s quick and easy to put online via the platform:[https://capash.ch](https://capash.ch).

It is important to point out that CMTC acts solely as a facilitator in the connection and distribution of this solution, with no involvement in the operation of the platform. The contractual and operational commitment is exclusively between the parking space provider and Capash.

Keey: simplify home sharing

Keey is a Swiss digital platform for owners of second homes, enabling them to easily share their accommodation with a restricted circle of family and friends. The tool centralizes the management of stays (reservations, availability, payments) simply, transparently and without administrative complexity.

For users, Keey guarantees personal, fair and serene use, while preserving the private and qualitative dimension of sharing. The platform also helps to make better use of existing accommodation (“cold beds”), by encouraging more regular and sustainable occupancy.

Registration and collaboration take place directly between interested owners and Keey. CMTC is a partner in this project, which is supported at national level by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs’ Innotour program.

Bruno Huggler and his team are delighted if these two tools arouse your interest and that of valpic members, and if they can be widely used. If you have any general questions, CMTC and Valpic are of course at your disposal. For specific questions, please contact the platform operators directly via their respective websites.

These solutions are part of a sustainable perspective, but are also of particular importance in the context of the 2027 World Ski Championships.

2- “Burglary prevention

On Saturday April 4, Sergeant Gaëtan Lathion gave us an original, clear, structured and very useful presentation on how to protect our properties.

3- “Does Switzerland’s best winery make the best owners?”

Behind this unusual title lies a multi-faceted event: gourmet, festive, cultural, with an original program including many new discoveries, as we like to do at Valpic.

Reserve early, places are limited (not too many, but still…).

Registration is now open at https://valpic.ch/agenda/

4- “Valpic Découverte”, June 5

SSR sound engineer Serge Fernex inaugurates a recording studio at the Centre de Congrès Le Régent, featuring the legendary SSL 9000 J MK2 console. Concerts, tour of the control room, sound recording demonstration, giant screen projections, buffet aperitif. In short, everything for enthusiasts of unrivalled sound generated by sought-after know-how and technical expertise (4 studios throughout Europe). Musicians invited to Crans-Montana will have the opportunity to record using this tool of excellence.

Valpic has managed to secure a quota of 20 places for this event – registration required via https://valpic.ch/agenda/

There are still 2 places left.
